Among entities above the designated size, retail sales of grain, oil and food rose 7.9 percent, daily necessities surged 31.3 percent, communication equipment jumped 57.7 percent, and cultural and office supplies grew 7.3 percent. Online retail saw robust growth, with online retail sales of goods by entities above the designated size rising 19.8 percent.Fixed-asset investment across the district dipped 19.4 percent year on year in the first half of the year. Excluding real estate development, the decline narrowed to 4.5 percent. Infrastructure investment dropped 24.0 percent, while investment in industrial technological transformation surged 36.6 percent. This enables the multi-purpose station utilization and unified administration of logistics resources, ensuring the round-the-clock stable operation of autonomous vehicles.By day, autonomous vehicles mainly handle cargo transshipment within subdistricts: couriers depart with primary batches of goods for door-to-door delivery, while remaining parcels are transported to subdistrict stations in batches by autonomous vehicles. This completely resolves past bottlenecks such as limited single-load capacity and frequent return trips to replenish inventory at service outlets.Off-peak nighttime operation has generated substantial multiplier effects for the logistics sector. Single-vehicle operating costs dropped by roughly 20 percent, and capacity utilization rose by 66 percent. Improved efficiency ultimately benefits consumers across the city.
