    On November 28, Longgang District’s conference on the releasing of third batch of AI-large-model-empowered governmental modules was held, introducing another 6 modules. 13.Smart Contract Assistant Introduction: Also nicknamed “Contract Detective”, it could quickly, even within only several seconds, extract the key information and data from a contract, with the accuracy of 95%. It could be applied widely, improving the efficiency of managing contracts and reducing possible human errors. It could serve various government departments as a smart contract assistant. 14.Bulletin AssistantIntroduction: Empowered by the analysis capacity of AI, it could quickly analyse citizens’ demands and suggestions submitted to the “Integrated Administration” website, then automatically make a bulletin. While being labor-conserved, it also lays a theoretical foundation for policy making. It’s mighty for civic management.  15.“Lost and Found” AssistantIntroduction: Empowered by big video models, it could help to find the lost, through monitoring the publicly-open areas, detecting the lost, giving warnings to the workers who would then give back the lost to the owners. In such a smarter way, the government services here would be warmer and more efficient.  16.Drone PatrollerIntroduction: Making drones being a smart “eye” in urban patrol, it plays a significant role in the sector of ecological management. It could make patrols, several times faster than the human labour, and report the abnormal happenings once it detects. It is useful to bring in more efficient and more accurate ecological management. 17.Smart Store InspectorIntroduction: Through analyzing the surveillance footage of the stores and sending warnings to the related human staff once detecting any abnormal changes in the stores, it could help the human staff with the store registration and management, thus improving the efficiency of managing the stores.  18.Video Annotator Introduction: Through automatically annotating the surveillance videos in Longgang District, it lays a mighty technological foundation for video searching, content pushing, data analysis, and the like. Being able to simplify the statistical work, it is a mighty tool for smart government.

    On October 31, a conference on showcasing “application scenarios created for enterprises” and introducing second batch of AI-large-model-empowered governmental modules, was held by Longgang District Political Affairs Statistics Bureau in Longgang District Smart Center, during which another 6 modules were released, with the total number hitting 12, which implied the large-scale application of AI large models.7.Digital Government OfficerIntroduction: Longgang District Political Affairs Statistics Bureau, in cooperation with Huawei Cloud and Longgang District Media Convergence Group, makes use of advanced AI technologies and creates a digital government officer, which not only could look, say, move and express like a natural person, but also offer professional, precise and warm-hearted services in relation to policy interpretation, business processing, publicity, reception and many other aspects. Being accessed to large language models, the digital government officer could understand complex languages and interact with users in fluent languages. No needing a picture but the brief description of characters of a missing person (such as the description as “a girl in red jacket and blue hat” ) , it could search through the surveillance footage for the objects with the characters, capture the screens and then present the human staff the screenshots in chronological order or in order of similarity. Thus in a more efficient and straightforward way, it offers useful information for finding the missing.
