　　Appointment Guidelines:

　　1. Online appointments must be made at least one day in advance. Appointments can be booked up to 15 days in advance, and slots are released daily at 8:30 a.m.

　　2. Please arrive at the office on the scheduled date and time. If you are unable to attend as scheduled, you must cancel your appointment at least one day in advance (including the day of the appointment). If you fail to appear for the appointment twice within a 30-day period without canceling in advance, this will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, you will not be able to make another appointment until 15 days after the date of the no-show.

　　3. If you fail to provide the required valid identification documents and supporting materials in accordance with relevant regulations during registration, the marriage registration office will not accept your application.

　　4. The marriage registration office will not process the relevant services under any of the following circumstances:

　　①　The person who made the appointment (either one or both parties) does not match the person who appears to complete the registration;

　　②　The type of service booked does not match the type of service being processed;

　　③　Other discrepancies between the appointment information and the actual information.
