Centered on its core development strategies of "All in AI" and "District of HarmonyOS", Longgang district is busy advancing two parallel priorities: high-efficiency governance across sectors and high-quality industrial growth.

Taking Henggang subdistrict as a pioneering pilot zone, the district is leveraging AI hardware including sanitation robots, patrol robots and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Supported by a government cloud-based localized urban management AI foundation model, Longgang has established a standardized management framework for non-standard scenarios, carving out a distinctive smart urban management pathway featuring AI empowerment, human-machine collaboration and integrated industrial-urban development.

Drawing on its exclusive urban management large model, Longgang has built the Longgang Digital Intelligent Block Refined Governance Platform, forming a full-process closed-loop operational system covering four modules: omnipresent perception, intelligent disposal, supervision & assessment, and predictive analysis.

The platform delivers all-round intelligent urban governance.

A five-in-one air-ground collaborative perception network has been constructed, integrating existing fixed surveillance cameras, intelligent sanitation robots, and inspection unmanned aerial vehicles.

Data from the Henggang pilot zone shows the platform now generates over 300 AI-analyzed urban cases daily and nearly 10,000 a month. The average full-cycle handling time for urban issues has been cut by 33 percent.

On the industrial front, Longgang has forged a complete industrial chain spanning technological application, product incubation and industrial agglomeration.

The Longgang Joint Innovation Lab for AI-enabled Urban Management Scenarios was officially inaugurated recently, marking a new milestone in the deep integration of AI technologies and urban governance as well as the development of an industrial innovation ecosystem.

The Longgang AI-Enabled Urban Service Innovation Lab opens at Bantian robot block.

The newly inaugurated Longgang Joint Innovation Lab for AI-enabled Urban Management Scenarios is anchored on scenario-specific AI-plus-urban-management solutions. It delivers full-chain support to enterprises covering standard formulation, testing and certification, HarmonyOS adaptation, operation and maintenance, university-industry cooperation, overseas market services, fund backing and industrial ecosystem clustering.
