An industrial exchange and cooperation event was held on June 15 at the Longgang District Enterprise Internationalization Service Base in Shenzhen in South China's Guangdong province.
This event was part of the district's efforts to capitalize on the opportunities created by the upcoming APEC Economic Leaders Meeting to promote cooperation between Guangdong and Indonesia in the fields of artificial intelligence, healthcare and new energy.

Participants shake hands to greet each other at the event.
This event, part of the APEC China Year initiative, aimed to leverage the complementary strengths of Guangdong and Indonesia to facilitate a long-term cooperation platform and help Longgang enterprises enter the Indonesian market.
During the event, the Shenzhen office of the Guangdong Provincial Trade Promotion Association for Indonesia was officially inaugurated. The Indonesian side announced 49 procurement orders totaling 6 billion yuan ($8.9 billion) covering sectors such as security, energy, mining, fishery, and healthcare. Notably, Longgang's patented electric stove product secured an initial order of 50,000 units, with potential long-term orders reaching 5 million units, valued at approximately 4 billion yuan.
Under the backdrop of APEC accelerating regional economic integration, China-Indonesia cooperation is entering a new phase. As a leading industrial district, Longgang is implementing the "All in AI" strategy, attracting numerous key enterprises and innovation platforms in AI, high-end medical devices, and new energy storage.
This event successfully established an efficient government-business interface for Guangdong enterprises to explore the Indonesian market, showcasing the significant potential of China's intelligent manufacturing aligning with Indonesia's market needs.
