This event, part of the "Overseas Talents Get Together in Southern Guangdong" initiative, is a crucial step in Longgang's efforts to serve returned overseas talents, providing a vital bridge for them to seek opportunities in the district’s industrial ecosystem and contribute to Longgang's development.
The invited doctoral talents are specialized in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, quantum information and low-altitude economy. Over two days, participants visited leading enterprises in Longgang and engaged in matchmaking discussions, resulting in fruitful outcomes.

More than 200 high-quality job positions were released by over 20 key organizations, with 76 recruitment intentions secured and several on-site job offer signings.
On April 14, the participants visited key sites like Highgreat Technology Co, a national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise, the world's first AI and robotics 6S stores and the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robots for Society (AIRS), gaining insights into the forefront of AI and robotics technology and industry ecosystems.

As a top industrial district, Longgang's GDP in 2025 exceeded 600 billion yuan ($88 billion). The district is committed to strengthening its "IT+BT+Low Carbon" clusters and advancing its "All in AI" strategy, offering ample opportunities for overseas talents.
