The main tower of the Shenzhen Ecological Smart Valley Headquarters Base for the Construction Industry has topped out, marking a major milestone in the project's first phase.
Located in the Dayun Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Education and Technology Hub in Longgang, the development spans approximately 249,000 square meters in its initial phase.
Designed as a multifunctional complex, the completed structure will integrate R&D offices, laboratories, conference and exhibition spaces, commercial facilities, and public amenities. It is part of a broader plan to establish a specialized hub focused on smart construction, intelligent buildings, and low-carbon technologies.
The project follows a "headquarters base + industrial park + clustered zones" model and will be executed in four phases. It aims to advance the construction industry's shift toward greater digitalization, intelligence, and sustainability.
Upon completion, the hub is expected to strengthen the region's standing as a national leader in innovative construction and energy-efficient building, while supporting the broader vision of establishing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a global benchmark for modern construction.
