On October 09, the ceremony for lighting the flame for The 15th National Games, The 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games, of the PRC, took place on the scientific-research quay, Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey (GMGS). Then, the torch carrying the flame would be relayed in Hong Kong, Macao, Guangzhou and Shenzhen of China, in November.
