City of Youth, an original stage play adapted from a CCTV’s TV series of the same title, would be performed from Sep. 26-27 at the Grand Theater of Longgang District Cultural Center.

As a public-welfare show played during Longgang District Drama Life Season of Shenzhen (2025), the stage play is produced by Longgang District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports of Shenzhen and Shenzhen Mahua FunAge (South China) Headquarters Base Co., Ltd.
With about 100 roles played by 11 performers, the about-90-min play mainly tells that a group of common but vigorous youngsters, with their passion and resolution, take up challenges and overcome difficulties for a better future.
