6 golds awarded as the gateball final of the 15th National Games of the PRC concluded in Longgang District

On August 27, the final of gateball, a mass competition of the 15th National Games of the People’s Republic of China, came to an end at Shenzhen Universiade Center Stadium, in Longgang District of Shenzhen. 28 teams competed in the 6 divisions of the gateball event, and 6 gold medals were awarded.

Team of Henan Province became a big success, winning 2 gold medals in the five-a-side mixed division A and the team race. Team of Jiangsu Province won the gold of the five-a-side mixed division B, while Team of An’hui Province got the gold of the five-a-side mixed division C. Team of Hubei Province won the gold of the women’s doubles, and Team of Shandong Province won the gold of the men’s doubles.
