“Art Week Shenzhen 2025 shares wide artistic coverage in the city. It betrays that almost all of the artistic organizations and artist studios of the city have been attracted to the Art Week. It is absolutely rare that an art week could keep so inclusive” expressed at an interview by Zhang Yuxing -- chairman of Academic Board of Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture (UABB). Art Week Shenzhen could exemplify the multi-polar art biology of Shenzhen. “Art should not only be an elegant and superior way of life, but keep closer to the life of majority people.” This term of Art Week is extraordinary in the exploration and penetration into the city’s art ecology, Zhang added.
At the opening ceremony of Art Week Shenzhen 2025, Qianhai Bonded Exhibition and Trade Center of Cultural and Art Works was inaugurated, symbolizing a new breakthrough in Shenzhen’s cultural and trading system innovation. The Center firstly had an exhibition themed “Spring Breeze, Tea and Pleasure”, at Sea World Culture and Arts Center (SWCAC). The exhibition featured over 10 pieces of bonded cultural and art works from Hong Kong. The masterpieces of Hong Kong celebrities had great appeal for the audience.
