The Bantian industrial exchange conference was held at Tian'an Cloud Valley on Aug 6. The event addressed operational challenges confronting cross-border  e-commerce firms across five core dimensions, including compliance, capital management, logistics, marketing and digital transformation. It pooled resources from government authorities, industrial associations and enterprises to deliver accessible  solutions.

Cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a core driving force for foreign trade growth. The industry consensus is that businesses engaged in cross-border trade choose Longgang district and settle in Bantian.

Hailed as China's top district for cross-border e-commerce, Longgang accounts for more than one quarter of the country's total cross-border e-commerce orders and transaction volume. As the industrial core of Longgang, Bantian sub-district generates half of the district's cross-border business volume. It has fostered a complete industrial ecosystem covering platform sellers, intelligent manufacturing, cross-border logistics, finance and taxation services, and digital marketing, earning its well-deserved reputation as China's top street for cross-border e-commerce.

During the roundtable discussion, representatives from the cross-border e-commerce association, merchant operators and service providers exchanged their views on the win-win growth of the cross-border e-commerce sector.

Five thematic sessions covered targeted industry priorities. Participants shared practical guidance on compliance risk prevention and introduced standardized transparent public service platforms to help enterprises build low-cost compliance frameworks.

They also interpreted supportive policy incentives around capital optimization and financing channels, and analyzed prevailing logistics challenges and viable countermeasures amid complex global conditions. Furthermore, they presented cutting-edge generative engine optimization concepts harnessing AI to elevate brand marketing, and shared actionable digital management practices and real-world cases that cut operational costs and boost efficiency.

This event has injected fresh momentum into the high-quality development of the cross-border e-commerce industries.
