China’s CPI saw a year-on-year increase of 0.2% in June

According to the data released by China National Bureau of Statistics on July 10, China’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) in June increased by 0.2% as compared with last June, and decreased by 0.2% as compared with May. The Producer Price Index (PPI) in June continued to drop but at a slower speed on the year-on-year basis, while decreased month on month. Averagely, from January to June, China’s CPI saw an increase of 0.1% and PPI saw a decrease of 2.1%, as compared with those of last year.
