On Nov. 22, the 2nd China HR Service Development Conference opened in Shenzhen of Guangdong Province (called Conference in the following). At the Conference, Premier Li Qiang’s instruction to the further development of HR service industry was introduced. Wang Xiaoping -- the minister of Human Resources and Social Security, Lin Tao -- the deputy governor of Guangdong Province, and Qin Weizhong -- the mayor of Shenzhen Municipality were present at the Conference and gave their speeches. Yu Jiadong -- the vice minister of Human Resources and Social Security presided over the opening event.
The Conference was hold by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, as the theme is to motivate HR service to gather the power for nation’s prosperity. The Conference lasted for 2 days. It included diversified events, including the opening event, closing event, seminar on the high-quality development of HR service, HR service supply and demand negotiation and exhibition, HR service entrepreneurship and innovation competition, GBA HR service skill competition, GBA recruitment of young talents.
Officials from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, relevant units in Shenzhen Municipality and other cities of Guangdong Province, Department (Bureau) of Human Resources and Social Security of other provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps of China, relevant units of Hong Kong and Macao of China, as well as related specialists, scholars, representatives from related HR service organizations and other key units, reporters attend the opening event.
