A homegrown fantasy AIGC animated series from Longgang district, The Fantasy Herbal Tea Shop: 24 Solar Terms, held an early screening, marking the official launch of this original Chinese-style animation IP from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The series was led by a Shenzhen-based team, with the entire production process relying on AI technology for art development, image rendering and post-production optimization, while human creators oversaw fine-tuning and detail refinement. The work captures contemporary youth struggles such as mental exhaustion, sleep anxiety and family emotional ties. Featuring original Cantonese dialogue with Mandarin subtitles, it preserves the authentic texture of local culture.

The project'supcoming phases include micro-dramas and music videos for the 24 solar terms. Through blind-box collectibles and offline themed events, the IP will be utilized to energize local consumer spaces.

The IP has been tied to public welfare since its inception, partnering with the Shenzhen Care Foundation to launch the "Star Heart Relief Plan" charitable initiative.

Industry insiders noted that the work, with its combined strengths in AI-driven digital innovation, a differentiated niche in Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional wellness, and a full-industry-chain approach, fills a gap in the domestic fantasy genre by incorporating TCM emotional themes, offering a replicable Shenzhen model for the digital cultural and creative industry.
