Longgang Cultural Centre of Shenzhen is a district-run public welfare institution and a National First-Class Cultural Centre. It is committed to popularizing art among the public and elevating artistic standards. Its core services include providing public cultural and artistic services, delivering social art education, organizing mass cultural activities, creating popular literary and artistic works, staging cultural exchanges, offering cultural volunteer services, conducting research on cultural theories, as well as protecting and utilizing intangible cultural heritage.

The centre has a total building area of 16,000 square metres, with 4,657 sq m of indoor activity space. The facilities comprise three rehearsal halls, twelve professional classrooms, twenty-four practice rooms, an art exhibition hall, an intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall, a small theatre, a music production studio and auxiliary office spaces. It serves as a vital venue for a wide range of mass cultural activities.
