Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节), together with Spring Festival (春节), Qingming Festival (清明节) and Dragon-boat Festival (端午节) , is one of China’s four core traditional festivials. It falls on the 15th day of the 8th month in Chinese lunar calender each year. This year, it happens on Sep. 17 in solar calendar.
