Shenzhen would prepare 100,000 affordable apartments in 2024

As publicized by Shenzhen Bureau of Housing and Development, Shenzhen, in the year of 2024, would make more efforts to the preparation and construction of affordable housing, to prepare 100,000 affordable apartments and supply 65,000 ones ready for the allocation.

The urban village renovation project would stretch to cover 1.1 square kilometers of land in 2024, meaning a further progress. 375 key projects would be started. Over 100 old communities in bad condition would be renovated, and 1,000 elevators would be installed.
