At around 3:30 am of September 02, Typhoon Saola leaves Shenzhen, and Meteorological Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality announces to downgrade its risk warning level, as Saola’s influence in Shenzhen is becoming weaker and weaker.
At 08:15 am of September 02, it is announced that school class, office work, business operation, market and public traffic would return to normal as before the coming of Saola. （Shenzhen metro would continue its operation and service at 8:40 am, and Shenzhen bus and taxi would continue the service at 8:30 am.)
