News, Mar. 27 : Pinghu Street 2023 Key Projects Launching Ceremony & Pinghu Cross-border Electronic Commerce Park Construction-Commencement Ceremony is held in Longgang District of Shenzhen.
On Feb. 06, Shenzhen SEZ Construction Group Co., Ltd won the bid for the contract to construct Pinghu Cross-border Electronic Commerce Park with 351 million yuan RMB.
Pinghu Cross-border Electronic Commerce Park is located in Community Hehua, Street Pinghu, Longgang District of Shenzhen. Next to Huanancheng Station and Hehua Station of Subway Line 10, it covers a land area of 42,500 square meters, with a capacity building area of 193,500 square meters and a floor ratio of 4.6. There shall be 144,600 square meters of high-quality industry space for split sale. It would have 23,000-square-meter dormitories, 1,939-square-meter commercial facilities, about-300-square-meter restaurants. The public facilities around the Cross-border Electronic Commerce Park shall covers a land of 2,500 square meters.
The construction shall be completed by 2025.
As completed, Pinghu Cross-border Electronic Commerce Park can provide high-quality industry space for the qualified enterprises.
