Recently, Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Development and Reform has publicized Shenzhen 2023 Government Investment Plan. Accoding to the Plan, Shenzhen plans to invest 56 billion yuan RMB in 566 projects.
In aherence to Shenzhen 2023 National Economy and Society Development Plan and the key work plans of Shenzhen Municipal Commission and Shenzhen Municipal Government, Shenzhen municipal government in 2023 shall invest mainly in four fields as urban infrastructure, people’ s livelihood service, sicence and technology industry’s innovation and ecological civilization construction. The total investment shall reach 48.14 billion yuan RMB, accounting for 86% of the whole year’s total investment.
In the field of urban infrastructure
promoting the implementation of the fourth phase construction plan and the fifth phase construction plan of Shenzhen urban railway transit, as well as the adjusted fourth phase construction plan of Shenzhen urban railway transit;
promoting the building of the intercity railways and national rails including Shenzhen-Shenshan High-speed Railway, Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway, Shenzhen International Airport-Dayawan Intercity Railway, Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity Railway;
starting the construction of Shenzhen Xili Transportation Junction, the Airport East Transportation Junction and the like;
In the field of people’s livelihood service
accelerating to upgrade and renovate Shenzhen Opera House, Shenzhen Museum of Natural History, Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (new museum), the Sports Center and other buildings;
accelerating to build Shenzhen Senior High School (Longgang High School Campus), Shenzhen Foreign Language School (Guangming High School Campus), Shenzhen Senior High School (Shenshan High School Campus) ;
accelerating to build Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Georgia Tech Shenzhen Institute, Tianjin University, Shenzhen Conservatory of Music, Southern University of Science and Technology, School of Medicine;
accelerating to promote the construction of Shenzhen People’s Hospital--Bao’an Hospital, the second phase construction and third phase construction of Fuwai Hospital, China Academy of Medical Science·Shenzhen;
accelerating the construction and purchase of Meixiangli, Antuoshan and other talent housing and indemnifacotry housing and the construction of the supporting facilities;
In the field of science and technology industry’s innovation
promoting the civil engineering project of major sicence and technology infrastructure of “Pencheng Cloud Brain” internet intelligence, and the civil engineering project for the upgrading and renovation of National Supercomputing Shenzhen Center;
accelerating and promoting the construction of the innovative infrastructure as Pengcheng Laboratory Shibilong Park PhaseⅠ, Shenzhen advanced science supporting facilities;
In the field of ecological civilization construction
improving the ability of guaranteeing water supply, and promoting actively Zhujiang Delta Water Resources Allocation Engineering;
accelerating to start the Gongming Reservoir--Qinglinjing Reservoir Connection Engineering, Beikeng Reservoir and the Supporting Water Transporting Engineering, and the like;
attaching great importance to promote the Dakong Port New City River Closure Comprehensive Control Engineering, Baguang Area’s Flood Prevention and Drainage Engineering, and the like;
accelerating to promote the upgrading and renovation of the municipal roads and the sanitary treatment plants of Shenshan Science and Technology Park for the Ecological Environment;
