Shenzhen’s Two Sessions：The 3rd Session of the 7th Shenzhen Committee of the CPPCC Is Opened

On February 13, the 3rd Session of the 7th Shenzhen Committee of the CPPCC is opened at Shenzhen Hall. And, the 4th Session of the 7th Shenzhen Committee of the National People’s Congress of the CPC would open on February 14. Shenzhen is going to the stage of the “two sessions”. 

As known, the 3rd Session of the 7th Shenzhen Committee of the CPPCC would last two days and a half. The committee would listen and check the working report from the Standing Committee of CPPCC Shenzhen Committee, the report on proposal work from the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Shenzhen Committee, and listen Shenzhen Municipal Government’s announcement on processing the proposals submitted since the 2nd Session of the 7th Shenzhen Committee of the CPPCC, the report on checking proposals of the 3rd Session of the 7th Shenzhen Committee of the CPPCC. Meanwhile, focused on promoting the construction of Shenzhen economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization, and on promoting the construction of Shenzhen’s consultative democracy, speeches, group discussions, and the forums between the leaders of Shenzhen Municipality and the committee members from Hong Kong and Macao would also be organized.  

The Session would also set up two “committee channels”, through which the committee members would accept media’s interview and show the charm of new era’s committee members with their splendid speeches, so as to boost “Two Areas’ Construction” and achieve Shenzhen’s high-quality development.
