In order to facilitate the travel of Shenzhen citizens, Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau has decided to adjust the driving routes and regions of nonlocal passenger cars in the morning and evening rush hours, according to the Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China. It is hereby announced as follows:
1. During the period from January 1, 2023 to February 5,2023 (from the 10thday of the twelfthlunar month to the 15thday of the first lunar month), the restriction of nonlocal motor vehicles will be suspended. During the period, all small passenger cars without Shenzhen license plates will be allowed to pass through Shenzhen all the time. From February 6, the original measures will be restored.
2. This announcement shall come into force from January 1, 2023 to February 5,2023.
It is hereby notified.
