The 2026 Longgang Sky Crossing FPV Drone Challenge was held at the Shenzhen Universiade Center on the evening of March 27.
The event featured a world-first immersive 3D light racing track created by 4,500 drones, delivering a spectacular "F1 in the air" experience that combines technology, speed and innovation.

The race replaced physical obstacles with dynamic light barriers such as gravity-defying gates, air tunnels and S-shaped curves projected at 100 meters, with a maximum climb of 150 meters, setting new records for both spatial span and vertical drop.
Top pilots from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao competed in team races. Team CADDX won the championship in 2 minutes 12.57 seconds, followed by the Hong Kong-Macao and Xingyue teams.
