Recently, the Inauguration Ceremony of New Quality Productive Force Development Branch of Chinese Veterinary Medicine Association (CVMA) was held in Shenzhen.
Over 70 attendees from the institutions like Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation, Chinese Veterinary Medicine Association (CVMA), Shenzhen Municipal Agricultural Products Testing Center, witnessed the event.
Shenzhen has attached great importance to the development of pet industry, while contributing various efforts to the industrial arrangement. Nowadays, Shenzhen’s pet economy shares a steady and promising development tendency. Last year, Shenzhen’s pet industry hit a volume of about 10 billion yuan, with about 88,000 pet enterprises and relative businesses serving over 1 million pets in the city. It could be said that Shenzhen has been a base of great significance for the development of pet industry, emphasized in the speech by Hong Juan -- an authority from Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation.
Xin Shengpeng , executive vice president of CVMA, gave his speech at the ceremony. Xin expressed that Shenzhen could offer an extraordinary research and experiment ground for innovating new quality productive forces in veterinary medicine sector. He hoped that the New Quality Productive Force Development Branch of CVMA could fully play the role as a bridge, contributing to the accelerated application and commercialization of relevant sci-tech achievements, and to the industrial problem-solving. It is wished that the Branch could start its journey from Shenzhen and spread its influence to the whole nation, assisting animal husbandry in developing the new quality productive forces available.
The foundation of New Quality Productive Force Development Branch of CVMA could not be without the support from Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation and CVMA, signifying the solid progress that the nation’s veterinary industry made in developing new quality productive forces.
