Longgang District has mobilized the students of the universities and colleges and other sources across the society, to better host the events of the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games of the PRC, which are due to happen in the district. 8 of the volunteers’ stations across the district have been adorned in the Games’ style. The volunteers have been trained and designated with certain tasks.
And, the district has also set up the Volunteers’ Home, - a warm place for the volunteers of the Games (nicknamed “Little Dolphin”) to have a break during the intervals. The Volunteers’ Home could guarantee the volunteers on duty consolidate supporting services, as it comprises the tea station, charging section, sports-experience section, etc.
The volunteers of the Games would continue to optimize their services and show the enthusiasm and professionalism in the host district.
