The Charges for Pipeline Gas in Shenzhen
Notice:
1. The government fixes the basic price for the industrial and commercial gas consumption at 4.3 yuan/m³, allowing a maximum lift of 20% to 5.16 yuan/m³. Herein, in accordance with the actual expenses, the price is fixed at 5.09 yuan/m³(with a lift of 18.4% from the basic price).
2. A household of more than 4 (including the expats living in the city with a legitimate long-residence permit) could apply to add 6m³to the consumption allowance at each grade for each additional member of a household. The membership of a household and the live-in relationship could be determined in accordance with the Household Register and the Residence Permit of Shenzhen. The relative matters could be processed at the service halls across Shenzhen and the WeChat service platform of Shenzhen Gas.
3. The price for the gas use in a government-subsidized rental apartment should keep in accord with that for the household and dormitory gas consumption.

The Price List of the Tap-water and Sewage Disposal in Shenzhen

Notice:
1. According to the relative regulations of Shenzhen, the water prices on the above list should be put into practice from July 01, 2025, while the sewage disposal fees should be practiced from August 01, 2022 (with the water meter reading commencing from that September).
2. According to the relevant regulations of Shenzhen, a household of more than 4 that signs the water-supply contract directly with a water-supply enterprise could apply for the water consumption quota adjustment, with 5 m³added monthly to the water consumption volume allowed at each tier for each additional member.
3. For the water use in the government-subsidized rental apartments, the residents could apply to practice the prices for domestic water use, with relevant proof.

Household Electricity Price List of Shenzhen
(Effective since Feb.01, 2022)

Notice:
1. The “summer” on the list refers to May-October, while the “non-summer seasons” includes the months otherwise.
2. The charges for electricity consumption during different times (on-peak; mid-peak; off-peak) should be differentiated and then tiered. A household with an independent electricity meter could decide whether to follow the differentiation in the electricity prices for different consumption times. And the decision could not be changed within a year.
3. According to related policies, a household of 5 or more could apply for the addition of 100 kWhs to consumption allowance at each tier. A household of 7 or more could apply for the practice of the electricity price for a shared meter. The application could not change within a year. The membership of a household should be determined in reference to the Household Register, Resident Permit. A resident could not be counted repeatedly. The above mentioned should be put into practice from June 01, 2021. The relevant practice should commence from the following month after the permission of the application, and terminate in 2 years without the prior completion of the relevant formalities.
